Where are Anytime Capital's branches?
Anytime Capital has walk-in branches in Atlanta, Georgia (Piedmont Road), Miami, Florida (One Biscayne Tower) and Houston, Texas (The Plaza at Audley in Upper Kirby). Nashville, Chicago, London and Sydney are coming soon.
What can I do at a branch?
Open a personal or business account, buy and sell Bitcoin, stablecoins and other crypto with cash, deposit cash or leave with it, get your statements, set up and manage your crypto wallet, and complete identity verification in person. Business customers can set up transfers to 71 countries. Larger orders are coordinated with our OTC desk.
Do your branches speak Spanish?
Yes. Spanish is spoken at every Anytime Capital branch: Atlanta, Miami and Houston. Sí, hablamos español.
What are the branch hours?
All three open branches keep the same hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, and Saturday, 10am to 2pm. Branches are closed on Sunday and on the eleven federal bank holidays, following the Federal Reserve calendar; every closure date is on our branch holiday hours page.
I'm not near a branch. Can I still buy crypto with cash?
Yes. You can mail cash to us under a tracked, verified process, or buy online with a card, Apple Pay or a bank transfer. Each option is linked on this page.
Is Anytime Capital a bank?
No. Anytime Capital is a fintech company, not a bank. We are a licensed money services business with physical branches, offering cash accounts, debit cards and a built-in crypto exchange.
