Bill your clients, collect the documents, and get paid on time

You spend enough of the year chasing other people's paperwork. Recurring engagement fees, signed letters, W-9s and late invoices shouldn't be three more things on your list.

    The problem

The admin that eats a practice

None of it is accounting. All of it takes time you'd rather bill, and most of it gets worse between January and April.

    Chasing engagement paperwork

Signed letters, W-9s and IDs arrive across email, text and dropbox — or don't arrive until you ask three times.

    Invoices paid whenever

You send a PDF and hope. Net 30 quietly becomes net 60 because nothing follows up but you.

    Retainers billed by hand

Monthly bookkeeping clients get re-invoiced manually every cycle, and one busy week means a missed month.

    Client history in four places

What they paid, what they signed and what they still owe live in your accounting tool, your inbox and your memory.

    Awkward payment methods

Clients want to pay by card, you'd rather have ACH, and somebody always asks if they can just mail a check.

    Busy-season compression

Everything above happens at once, in the ten weeks when your time is worth the most.

    What you'd use

The parts of the practice that aren't accounting

Billing, collection and client paperwork on one account, so the administrative half of the practice runs itself.

    Invoicing

Bill engagements on a schedule, with reminders that follow up so you don't have to.

    Onboarding & verification

Send one link for the engagement letter, the W-9 and the ID. It comes back attached to the client.

    Customer management

Every client's invoices, payments and signed documents on one record you can pull up mid-call.

    Payments

Accept cards, wallets, bank and stablecoins at 2.75% + 30¢, paid out to your bank.

    Business checking

A commercial account with no monthly fees and sub-accounts for separating money.

    Bill pay

Pay vendors and contractors by RTP, wire, ACH or local rails abroad from your payments balance.

    Identity & verification

Know exactly who you are dealing with

Every payment is risk-scored and can be stepped up to 3D Secure today. Next: the same identity checks that clear customers onto our own platform, opened up for yours — send a link and the customer proves who they are from their phone.

A new client emails over a Social Security number and three years of returns, and you have never met them. Confirm the person behind the engagement letter is the person on the ID before their file goes anywhere near your system.

    • Face match with livenessRolling out

A selfie checked against the photo ID, with liveness in the flow — so it is the actual person, not a photo of one.

    • Cards checked in real timeRolling out

The customer shows the card they are paying with and it is verified on the spot, before you hand anything over.

    • ID and document captureRolling out

Licenses, permits, insurance certificates and tax forms collected from the customer's phone camera, with expiry tracked.

    • Risk scoring on every payment

Every card payment gets a 0–100 risk score from our fraud screening before it is charged, and you choose the score that gets blocked.

    • Your branding, your coloursRolling out

The verification step carries your name and palette, so it reads as part of your business rather than a hand-off to someone else's.

    • 3-D Secure step-up

Require issuer authentication on card payments above an amount you set, which usually moves fraud-dispute liability to the card issuer.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bill monthly bookkeeping clients automatically?

Yes. Set an engagement to recur and it invoices on your schedule, sends itself and follows up if it goes unpaid, which removes the manual re-invoicing cycle entirely.

    How do clients pay?

However they prefer — card, bank transfer, wallet, pay over time or stablecoin — from the same invoice link. You don't have to negotiate the method or maintain separate arrangements per client.

Can I collect engagement letters and W-9s here too?

Yes. Send a single verification request listing the documents you need and your client uploads them from their phone. Everything arrives timestamped and attached to their record.

Does this replace my accounting software?

No. This is the account that bills clients, receives the money and holds the client paperwork. Your general ledger and tax preparation software stay where they are.

Can my staff have their own access?

Yes. Role-based access lets you decide who can send invoices, who can view client records, and who can move money, with every action attributed.
