Business details
Legal name, EIN, registered address, website, and the date, state and registration number of incorporation.
One application covers your business details, owners and documents. Once it's approved, card payments switch on in one click and a short identity check, with that information already filled in, and if you've verified your own identity with Anytime Capital, your details carry into the application too.
Who we work with
From a two-person accounting practice to a dealership floor to a touring artist's LLC — if money moves through your business, it can move through Anytime Capital.
What we ask for
US payment and banking rules require every business account to show who the business is, who owns and controls it, and where it operates. Knowing the list up front is what makes the application quick.
Legal name, EIN, registered address, website, and the date, state and registration number of incorporation.
Everyone who owns 25% or more, plus one person with significant control: name, date of birth, address and SSN, ITIN or foreign tax ID.
Articles or a certificate of incorporation, a shareholder register or partnership agreement, and a director registry or equivalent.
A utility bill, lease, bank statement or tax return dated within three months, and your IRS EIN letter (CP 575 or 147C).
A passport, driver's license or national ID for each owner, plus a second government ID for owners outside the US.
Account agreements are accepted inside the application, with the version, time and IP address kept for your records.
Asked once
Verification feeds everything after it: your own identity fills your row in the application, and the approved application fills your payments account.
If you verified your identity for an Anytime Capital account, your name, date of birth, nationality and address prefill your owner details, and your ID goes with the application.
After approval, an owner or admin turns on card payments in one click and the business name, EIN, address, incorporation details and representative carry across, followed by a short identity check.
If something is missing or unreadable, the application names the field or document and the step it belongs to, so a fix takes minutes.
Files go straight to our licensed partner and are wiped on our side; we keep only the name, size and checksum, and show tax IDs by their last four digits.

KYB (Know Your Business) is the check every US payment and banking provider has to run before a business can take payments: confirming the business exists, who owns and controls it, and where it operates. At Anytime Capital it's one online application in five steps.
Formation documents (articles or a certificate of incorporation, or a state registry excerpt), proof of ownership (a shareholder register or partnership agreement), proof of control (a director registry or equivalent), proof of business address dated within three months, and tax ID evidence such as your IRS EIN letter. A certificate of good standing is optional, and owners outside the US add a passport and a second government ID.
Anyone who directly or indirectly owns 25% or more of the business. You also list one control person, someone with significant responsibility for running it such as the CEO or managing member, even if they own less than 25%.
Most reviews finish within one business day once the application and documents are complete. Your dashboard shows the status throughout, we email you when there is a decision, and if anything is missing or unreadable it names the document or field and the step to fix it in.
Not from scratch, but there is one more short step. Once the business is approved, an owner or admin switches on Anytime Capital Payments in one click, and your business name, EIN, address, incorporation details and representative carry across from the application. Our payments partner then runs one short identity check, in your dashboard, before card payments go live.
The owner or any admin. Members and viewers can see the business once it's live but can't submit or change the application.
Documents are sent straight to our licensed partner and aren't stored on our servers; we keep only each file's name, size and checksum. Tax IDs are shown back to you by their last four digits, and every submission is logged.
Switch on card payments at 2.75% + 30¢, then send payment links, invoices and subscriptions, set risk rules, invite your team as admins, members or viewers, and set up payouts to your own bank account, standard or instant where eligible, instant sweeps into an Anytime Capital business account, RTP or FedNow transfers to any US bank, same-day domestic wires, vendor payments by ACH, local rails in 71+ countries, stablecoin payouts from your balance, crypto conversion of your balance and employee cards funded from your balance.
Anytime Capital is a fintech company, not a bank. Payment processing, banking and payout services are provided by our licensed partners, and the applicable disclosures for each product are shown at sign-up and in the site footer.
